Custom software for how you actually work
Every growing business hits the same wall: the spreadsheet that three people edit at once, the scheduling whiteboard nobody can see from the field, the invoices retyped from paper. Off-the-shelf software either does not fit, or costs more per seat every year for features you never use.
Where custom software pays for itself
Scheduling & dispatch
Jobs, crews, routes, and calendars in one place — visible from the office and from a phone in the field.
Quoting & invoicing
Generate quotes from your real pricing rules, convert them to invoices, and stop retyping the same numbers.
Inventory & operations
Track what you have, what is committed, and what needs reordering, without a monthly per-seat bill.
Customer portals
Let customers check status, approve work, and pay online instead of calling your office to ask.
We start by watching, not coding
The most expensive software mistake is building a faithful digital copy of a broken process. So the first thing we do is sit with the people who will use the tool and learn the actual workflow — including the workarounds nobody documented and the one person who knows why a step exists.
That discovery usually surfaces two or three steps that can disappear entirely. Removing work is cheaper than automating it, and it is the part a generic product can never do for you.
Software you own, not software you rent
Per-seat subscriptions are reasonable until you have twenty employees and are paying thousands a year to a company that keeps changing features you depend on. Custom software is a larger cost once and a much smaller cost to run — often just hosting.
You own the code outright. If you stop working with us, the software keeps running and another developer can pick it up. We write it to be handed over: documented, tested, and built on widely used tools rather than something only we understand.
Integrations with what you already run
Custom does not mean isolated. We connect to the systems you are not going to replace — QuickBooks for accounting, Stripe or PayPal for payments, Twilio for text messaging, Google Workspace for calendars and email — so the new tool fits into your day instead of adding another login.

Frequently asked questions
Isn't custom software expensive?
It is a larger upfront cost than a subscription and a smaller ongoing one, so it depends on your timeline. As a rough guide, if you are paying for many seats of a tool that still does not fit, custom usually pays back within two to three years — and you own the result. We will run that comparison with you honestly before you commit.
What if my process changes?
It will, and that is the advantage. Changing custom software is a scoped update rather than waiting for a vendor to maybe build your feature. We build the parts most likely to change — pricing rules, workflow steps, form fields — so they can be adjusted without a developer where practical.
Can you work with our existing IT person or team?
Yes, we do this often. We can lead the build, work alongside your in-house team, or handle a specialized piece and hand it back. We will match your tools and conventions rather than imposing ours.
